ASH BACKING STRIP PARALLEL 78 x 1 3/4 x 1/4 INCH

Smooth and ready for gluing. Measures approximately 1 1/2" wide, and a full 78" long!

For best results and maximum strength use a toothing plane or a hacksaw blade on the side to be glued for extra strength. This will give the glue something to grab instead of a smooth surface that will soak in the glue. Ash is hard and tough has good long fibers and is easy to work with.
